目的：总结小儿扁桃体摘除术全麻拔管后的呼吸道管理方法。方法回顾性分析我院2010年6月-2013年3月全麻行扁桃体摘除手术的110例患儿资料，所有患儿均在麻醉恢复室拔管，并接受严格的呼吸道管理。结果110例患儿经过呼吸道管理，呼吸功能恢复良好，均安返病房。结论小儿扁桃体摘除术全麻拔管后，严格评估呼吸功能、充分的口腔吸引、托下颌、放置通气道、处理喉痉挛等均为有效的呼吸道管理方法。
목적：총결소인편도체적제술전마발관후적호흡도관리방법。방법회고성분석아원2010년6월-2013년3월전마행편도체적제수술적110례환인자료，소유환인균재마취회복실발관，병접수엄격적호흡도관리。결과110례환인경과호흡도관리，호흡공능회복량호，균안반병방。결론소인편도체적제술전마발관후，엄격평고호흡공능、충분적구강흡인、탁하합、방치통기도、처리후경련등균위유효적호흡도관리방법。
Objective To study the methods of respiratory tract management after extubation in general anesthesia after the tonsillectomy in children.Methods From July 2010 to March 2013, the clinical data of 1 10 patients who were performed tonsillectomy were analysed retrospectively.Re-sults The respiratory function of children recovered well and went back ward safely under-going re-spiratory tract management.Conclusion Respiratory tract management methods,including strict respiratory function evaluation,full oral attracting,jaw-lifting,placing an oropharyngeal airway, processing laryngospasm timely,were all effective methods in respiratory tract management after the tonsillectomy in children.
