目的：探索知信行模式在临床试验中的应用，为提高医学临床试验的质量与效率提供参考。方法将某临床试验中的患者按知信行的模式进行干预，分组比较观察患者在试验中的依从性。结果3、6个月周期治疗组的依从率分别为83.9％、51.6％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；高认知组、低认知组的依从率分别为80.6％、54.8％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；20例受试者出现依从性下降，12例经干预后依从性恢复。结论知信行模式在临床试验的依从性管理中显现较好的效果，可进一步探索其在临床试验中的价值。

Objective To explore the Knowledge,attitudes and practices (KAP)in clinical trials,and provide reference for improving the quality and efficiency of medical clinical trials.Me-thods To treat patients in a clinical trial with KAP intervention,observe and contrast compliance of patients.Results The compliance rate of 3 months period group and 6 months period group were 83.9%and 51.6%respectively,which had significant differences (P<0.05).The compliance rate of high cognitive group and low cognitive group were 80.6%and 54.8%respectively,that have sig-nificant differences (P<0.05).Twenty patients decreased compliance and 12 patients restored com-pliance after intervention.Conclusion KAP mode shows the effect of compliance management in the clinical test,its value can be further explored in clinical trials.
