目的:探讨解剖型锁定加压钢板(LCP)联合微创钢板固定技术(MIPO)对于未波及关节面胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:收集2011年1月-2013年5月笔者所在医院收治的40例胫骨远端骨折患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组应用LCP联合MIPO技术进行治疗,对照组予以切开复位内固定进行治疗,对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、切口愈合时间以及骨性愈合时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组优良率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的65.0%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率为5.0%,显著低于对照组的35.0%(P<0.05)。结论:应用LCP联合MIPO治疗未波及关节面胫骨骨折疗效显著,并发症较少,功能康复较快,值得在临床中推广应用。

목적:탐토해부형쇄정가압강판(LCP)연합미창강판고정기술(MIPO)대우미파급관절면경골원단골절적림상료효。방법:수집2011년1월-2013년5월필자소재의원수치적40례경골원단골절환자,수궤분위관찰조여대조조,관찰조응용LCP연합MIPO기술진행치료,대조조여이절개복위내고정진행치료,대비분석량조적림상료효。결과:관찰조적수술시간、술중출혈량、주원시간、절구유합시간이급골성유합시간균현저단우대조조(P<0.05);관찰조우량솔위95.0%,현저고우대조조적65.0%(P<0.05);관찰조불량반응솔위5.0%,현저저우대조조적35.0%(P<0.05)。결론:응용LCP연합MIPO치료미파급관절면경골골절료효현저,병발증교소,공능강복교쾌,치득재림상중추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate curative effects of the anatomical locking compression plate(LCP) combined with minimally invasive plate fixation combined(MIPO) in the treatment of not-reach the articular surface of the distal tibia fractures.Method:40 patients with distal tibia fractures patients in our hospital from January 2011 to May 2013 were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given LCP combined with MIPO techniques treatment,and the control group was given ORIF treatment.The curative effects of these two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:All of the operative time,blood loss,hospitalization,the healing time of wound and bone of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05);the curative excellent effect rate was 95.5%,which was significantly higher than 65.0%of the control group(P<0.05);the adverse rate of the observation group was 5.0%,significantly lower than 35.0%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:LCP combined with MIPO in the treatment of not-reach the articular surface of the distal tibia fractures have a significant effect,fewer complications,faster functional recovery,it is worthy of promotion.
