目的探讨严重交通多发伤的院前急救。方法对135例严重交通多发伤患者资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果135例严重交通伤患者中，安全转运133例，治愈103例，自动出院5例，早期死亡27例，126例患者在伤后2~6h内实施确定性手术。结论重视和加强严重交通多发伤的院前急救，可挽救重伤员的生命，降低病死率和致残率。

Objective To investigate the serious traf ic trauma emergency pre hospital. Methods 135 cases of serious traf ic trauma patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results 135 cases of severe traf ic injury patients, safe transfer of 133 cases, 103 cases were cured, and discharged from hospital in 5 cases, 27 cases died early after injury, 126 cases of 2 ~ 6h in the implementation of the deterministic operation. Conclusion Pay at ention to and strengthen the serious traffic trauma emergency pre hospital, can save the life, reduce the mortality rate and disability rate.
