针对一款多翼离心风机存在效率低、噪声大的问题,对其叶片出口安装角和蜗壳进行结构改进,制作新的样机模型,并对原风机模型和新样机进行性能测试对比。结果表明,新风机在气动性能和噪声性能上都有了较大改善,达到了国家一级能效标准。
針對一款多翼離心風機存在效率低、譟聲大的問題,對其葉片齣口安裝角和蝸殼進行結構改進,製作新的樣機模型,併對原風機模型和新樣機進行性能測試對比。結果錶明,新風機在氣動性能和譟聲性能上都有瞭較大改善,達到瞭國傢一級能效標準。

Aiming at the problem of low-efficiency and high noise in a type of multi-blade centrifugal fan, an improved scheme on the angle of blade outlet and volute was put forward to make a new prototype model. Comparing original-design fan and the newly designed fan, based on the Performance testing, the results shows that aerodynamic performance and noise performance is greatly improved of the newly designed fan which reaches national standard of Class 1 energy consumption.
