采用一种接近美国NIST标准物性的实际物性模块,研究了某化工行业离心压缩机高压级的流动压缩性能,重点关注了模型级的进口参数如压力、温度、流动角、体积流量对性能的影响,并与理想物性下计算得出的性能作了相应比较,指出了临界点附近物性参数的敏感性,为CO2高压压缩机设计与性能分析提供了依据。

Adopting a close to the NIST standard property of actual physical modules, this paper studies on the performance of flow and compression in the stage model of one compressor used in chemical industry and focuses on the effect of inlet parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow angle, volume flow on the performance, then compares the new results with the calculated results of ideal property. This paper points out that the property near the critical point is very sensitive and provides the foundation for the design and calculation of CO2 high pressure centrifugal compressor.
