[目的]探讨家庭干预对学龄期哮喘患儿治疗依从性、疗效以及生活质量的影响。[方法]将140例学龄期哮喘患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组70例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取家庭干预模式,干预时间为1年,比较两组治疗依从性、发作次数、住院次数、住院天数、失学天数及家长满意度,分析干预前后肺功能、生活质量变化。[结果]观察组治疗依从性及家长满意度明显高于对照组,而发作次数、住院次数、住院天数、失学天数则低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组呼气高峰流量占预计值的百分比和第1秒用力呼气量占预计值的百分比以及社会心理功能、生理心理功能、生活环境得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]家庭干预可明显增强学龄期哮喘患儿治疗依从性,提高疗效,改善生活质量,并有利于增加家长满意度。
[目的]探討傢庭榦預對學齡期哮喘患兒治療依從性、療效以及生活質量的影響。[方法]將140例學齡期哮喘患兒隨機分為對照組和觀察組,每組70例,對照組採取常規護理,觀察組在此基礎上採取傢庭榦預模式,榦預時間為1年,比較兩組治療依從性、髮作次數、住院次數、住院天數、失學天數及傢長滿意度,分析榦預前後肺功能、生活質量變化。[結果]觀察組治療依從性及傢長滿意度明顯高于對照組,而髮作次數、住院次數、住院天數、失學天數則低于對照組,差異均有統計學意義(P<0.05);榦預後,觀察組呼氣高峰流量佔預計值的百分比和第1秒用力呼氣量佔預計值的百分比以及社會心理功能、生理心理功能、生活環境得分顯著高于對照組(P<0.05)。[結論]傢庭榦預可明顯增彊學齡期哮喘患兒治療依從性,提高療效,改善生活質量,併有利于增加傢長滿意度。
[목적]탐토가정간예대학령기효천환인치료의종성、료효이급생활질량적영향。[방법]장140례학령기효천환인수궤분위대조조화관찰조,매조70례,대조조채취상규호리,관찰조재차기출상채취가정간예모식,간예시간위1년,비교량조치료의종성、발작차수、주원차수、주원천수、실학천수급가장만의도,분석간예전후폐공능、생활질량변화。[결과]관찰조치료의종성급가장만의도명현고우대조조,이발작차수、주원차수、주원천수、실학천수칙저우대조조,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05);간예후,관찰조호기고봉류량점예계치적백분비화제1초용력호기량점예계치적백분비이급사회심리공능、생리심리공능、생활배경득분현저고우대조조(P<0.05)。[결론]가정간예가명현증강학령기효천환인치료의종성,제고료효,개선생활질량,병유리우증가가장만의도。
Obj ective:To probe into influence of family intervention on treatment compliance,curative effect and quality of life of school aged children with asthma.Methods:A total of 140 school aged children with asthma were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 70 cases in each.Patients in control group received routine nursing,besides that patients in intervention group received family intervention model for 1 year,then to compare the treatment compliance,attack times,hospitaliza-tion times,hospitalization days,loss school days and parents’satisfaction between both groups and analyze pulmonary function and life quality chan-ges before and after intervention.Results:Treatment compliance and par-ents’satisfaction in intervention group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);however,attack times,number of hospitalizations,hospi-talization days,loss school days in intervention group were lower than those in control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 );after intervention,PEF%,FEV1%,social psychological function scores,physiological psychological function scores and life environment scores were significant higher in intervention group compared with control group(P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Family intervention can markedly enhance treatment compliance,enhance curative effect and improve life quality of school age child patients with asthma.Moreover,it contributes to raising parents’satisfaction.
