思想政治工作是经济工作和其他一切工作的生命线，是我党的优良传统，企业文化是在企业发展历程中沉淀和积累的宝贵财富。因此，深化对思想政治工作和企业文化关系的理解和认识，找准两者的结合点、切入点，把思想政治教育贯穿到企业文化建设的各个环节中，将对推动企业各项工作任务的顺利完成产生积极作用。

Ideological and political work is the economic work and all other work the lifeblood of our party 's fine tradi-tion of corporate culture in the enterprise development process precipitation and accumulation of a valuable asset . Therefore ,deepen the ideological and political work and business understanding and awareness of cultural relations ,iden-tify the combination of the two points ,the starting point ,the ideological and political education throughout its corporate culture in every aspect ,it will encourage enterprises to various tasks the successful completion of a positive effect .
