目的:了解蒙医护士工作压力源,比较不同年龄、学历、职称、编制的蒙医护士工作压力水平差异,为蒙医护理管理者及护士正确认识工作压力、制定应对措施提供理论依据.方法:采用问卷调查法,整群抽取通辽市7家蒙医医院206名蒙医护士进行工作压力源的调查.结果:蒙医护士的工作压力源依次是工作量及时间分配问题、护理专业及工作性质方面的问题、病人护理方面的问题、环境条件与设备方面的问题、管理及人际关系方面的问题;不同年龄蒙医护士在护理专业及工作性质(F=14.368,P〈0.01)、管理与人际关系方面(F=61.566,P〈0.01)压力水平差异有统计学意义;不同文化程度蒙医护士在工作量及时间分配(F=49.554,P〈0.01)、护理专业及工作性质方面(F=8.228,P〈0.01)、病人护理方面(F=14.180,P〈0.01)、环境条件与设备方面(F=4.089,P〈0.05)压力水平差异有统计学意义;合同制护士与在编护士在工作量及时间分配方面(t=3.499,P〈0.01)、护理专业及工作性质方面(t=4.002,P〈0.01)压力水平差异有统计学意义.结论:建议各级卫生行政管理单位、护理管理者应重视并有针对性地采取措施降低蒙医护士工作压力,保障蒙医护理学科的健康成长与发展;蒙医护士应主动应对工作压力,以健康的身心状态投入工作.

Objective: To investigate the source of working pressure of nurses who majored in nursing of Mongolian Medicine by comparing the difference of their working pressure from the viewpoint of age,educational background,job title and situation of their positions.It can provide theoretical basis for apprehending the working pressure correctly for both intendants and nurses themselves and for taking rational countermeasures.Methods: 206 nurses majoring in nursing of Mongolian Medicine(nurses MINMM) from 7 Mongolian Medicine Hospitals in Tongliao City were chosen via cluster sampling.The investigation was accomplished by questionnaires.Results: The source of working pressure of these nurses originated from problems in work load and time assignment,nursing service and vocational peculiarity,patient care,work environment and equipment,and management and interpersonal relation in sequence.The statistically significant difference of working pressure in nursing service and vocational peculiarity(F= 14.368,P0.01),and management and interpersonal relation(F=61.566,P0.01) was found among different age groups.There was significant difference of working pressure in work load and time assignment(F= 49.554,P0.01),nursing service and vocational peculiarity(F=8.228,P0.01),patient care(F=14.180,P 0.01),and work environment and equipment(F=4.089,P0.01) among different educational-background groups.The working pressure from work load and time assignment(F=3.499,P0.01),nursing service and
