目的：观察六味地黄软胶囊治疗更年期综合征（肾阴虚证）的临床疗效.方法：将入选病人随机分为治疗组和对照组各64例,治疗组服用六味地黄软胶囊,对照组服用左归丸.治疗前后观察中医症候积分及Kupperman改良评分的变化情况.结果：治疗组和对照组愈显率分别为45.32℅和25℅,治疗组愈显率高于对照组,有显著性差异（P〈0.05.）结论：六味地黄软胶囊治疗更年期综合征具有良好的临床疗效.
목적：관찰륙미지황연효낭치료경년기종합정（신음허증）적림상료효.방법：장입선병인수궤분위치료조화대조조각64례,치료조복용륙미지황연효낭,대조조복용좌귀환.치료전후관찰중의증후적분급Kupperman개량평분적변화정황.결과：치료조화대조조유현솔분별위45.32℅화25℅,치료조유현솔고우대조조,유현저성차이（P〈0.05.）결론：륙미지황연효낭치료경년기종합정구유량호적림상료효.
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Liuweidihuang Soft Capsules in the treatment of climacteric syndrome. Methods:The selected patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group,each group including 64 patients.The patients in treatment group were treated with Liuweidihuang Soft Capsules while other patients were treated with Zuogui Pill.The symptoms integral of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Kupperman modified score were adopted to assess the clinical efficacy. Results:The curative rates of treatment group and control group were 45.32% and 25 % respectively.There was significant difference(P〈0.05) between two groups. Conclusion: Liuweidihuang Soft Capsules has better curative effect on climacteric syndrome.
