目的:建立蒙药玉簪清咽十五味丸薄层鉴别方法.方法:采用TLC法对本处方中的栀子、木香和甘草进行鉴别研究.结果:在TLC法中检出各药味特征斑点,阴性对照色谱中在相应的位置上均无干扰.结论:低温、低湿度及高湿度对整体分离效果无太大影响,分析方法结果准确、可靠,操作简便、快速.
目的:建立矇藥玉簪清嚥十五味汍薄層鑒彆方法.方法:採用TLC法對本處方中的梔子、木香和甘草進行鑒彆研究.結果:在TLC法中檢齣各藥味特徵斑點,陰性對照色譜中在相應的位置上均無榦擾.結論:低溫、低濕度及高濕度對整體分離效果無太大影響,分析方法結果準確、可靠,操作簡便、快速.
목적:건립몽약옥잠청인십오미환박층감별방법.방법:채용TLC법대본처방중적치자、목향화감초진행감별연구.결과:재TLC법중검출각약미특정반점,음성대조색보중재상응적위치상균무간우.결론:저온、저습도급고습도대정체분리효과무태대영향,분석방법결과준학、가고,조작간편、쾌속.
Objective:To establish the method for identifying the companents of Mongolian Medicine Yuzan Qingyan Shiwu Wei Pill with TLC.Methods:The TLC was used for the identification of Garden, Radix Aucklandiae and Glacyrrhiza in the prescription.Results:TLC detected the distinctive spot of each component and no interference in the corresponding position in negative control.Conciusion:Low temperature, low humidity and high humidity have no obvious effect on the separation. Quantitative analysis method was precise,reliable and simple.
