Soybean%Dry Matter%Partitioning%Simulation
通过连续观测和定量分析不同品种、不同播期条件下的大豆干物质分配规律,建立了大豆生育期中各器官分配指数随生育进程的动态变化模型.模型分别采用线性、指数和对数方程描述了大豆干物质分配指数随生理发育时间的动态变化过程,并且引入叶片潜在分配指数、茎秆潜在分配指数、籽粒潜在分配指数3个品种遗传参数来反映不同基因型的大豆在器官间的干物质分配差异.模型的检验结果表明:模型对大豆不同器官的干物质分配具有较好的预测性,各个器官的预测误差均不超过1.089g,根均方差(Root meansquare error,RMSE)均不超过0.721g,模型表现出较高的可靠性.

This article through continuous observation and quantitative analysis of different varieties、sowing time of soybean dry matter partitioning,established soybean growth period of organ allocation index with physiological development time dynamic change model.Based on physiological development time the dynamic content of the dry matter partitioning index could be described with Linear equation、Exponential equation and Logarithmic equation,and the latent partitioning index of leaf,stem and grain,which were the variety heredity parameters,were used to distinguish the difference of the dry matter partitioning in different variety.The results showed that the dry matter distribution model in different organs had a good p redictability and reliability.the absolute prediction errors for most organs were generally less than 1.089g,and the root mean square errors(RMSE)were generally less than0.721g.
