Children's private speech is a widespread phenomenon.It has an important position in early childhood language devel-opment and mental development.As a preschool worker,we should approach the children and understand them.Children's private speech is a bridge linking the society and children.This paper reviews and comments on relevant domestic and international research on children's private speech.
