随着人口老龄化的加剧，欠发达地区农村养老保障制度的完善已成为制约统筹城乡一体化发展、推进和谐社会构建的重要因素。养老问题从根本上讲是一个经济问题，因此，我们应从大力发展社会经济等多方面着手，努力推进欠发达地区农村养老保障体系的建设。
隨著人口老齡化的加劇，欠髮達地區農村養老保障製度的完善已成為製約統籌城鄉一體化髮展、推進和諧社會構建的重要因素。養老問題從根本上講是一箇經濟問題，因此，我們應從大力髮展社會經濟等多方麵著手，努力推進欠髮達地區農村養老保障體繫的建設。
수착인구노령화적가극，흠발체지구농촌양로보장제도적완선이성위제약통주성향일체화발전、추진화해사회구건적중요인소。양로문제종근본상강시일개경제문제，인차，아문응종대력발전사회경제등다방면착수，노력추진흠발체지구농촌양로보장체계적건설。
With the increasing aging population, less developed areas improve the pension system in rural areas has restricted the development of urban and rural integration, and promoted harmonious society. Pension problem is fundamentally an economic problem, therefore, we should vigorously begain with developing the society and economy and other aspeets, effort to promote the less developed areas of rural old - age security system.
