原短时数据高精度测频算法在某些频率范围内无法实现对频率的准确估计,分析了产生这一现象的原因,并提出了一种改进的短时数据高精度测频算法。在低信噪比条件下,改进算法可以实现对采样率范围内所有频率的高精度估计,其性能接近Cramer-Rao(CR)下界。

The original short time frequency measurement algorithm is not adequate in some frequency ranges. Aiming at this phenomenon, the reason is analyzed and an improved short time frequency measurement al gorithm is proposed. The improved algorithm can achieve high performance no matter which frequency it is in the range of sampling frequency. Even at low SNR, the performance of the improved algorithm is close to CR.
