为了在实践领域更加丰富大学生健康,‘格的实证研究,通过查阅有关资料、形容词法和头脑风暴法等方法编制了《大学生健康^格问卷》,并通过对2394名大学生进行调查,分析了大学生健康人格、心理症状与自我和谐的现状,探讨了三者之间的关系,力这三个领域的研究提供了一定的理论与实证支持.得出结论主要有:(1)自编的大学生健康人格问卷具有良好的信度、效度.(2)大学生健康人格与SCL-90总分及备维度呈显著负相关,与自我和谐总分、自我与经验的不和谐呈显著负相关,与自我灵活性呈显著正相关,与自我的刺板性无显著相关.(3)大学生健康人格水平对心理症状有一定的预测作用,自我和谐在健康人格和心理症状之间起部分中介作用.

In order to enrich empirical research of college students' healthy personality in the practice areas, this study worked out the questionnaire by consulting interrelated data, lexical description, 10,rainstorming and so on, and through investigating 2394 students, the study analyzed the status of college students' healthy personality, psychological symptoms and self consistency and congruence, explored the relationship among them and provided theoretical and empirical support in the three areas of study. The main conclusions are: (1) tile self-made Healthy Personality Questionnaire has a good reliability and validity; (2) There are significantly negative correlations among the college students' healthy personality and the total of SEL-90 and each mental hea]lth dimension. While the college students' healthy personality is sigqificantly and negatively correlated with the tol:al of self consistency and congruence and disharmony of self and experience, it is positively and significantly correlated with self flexibility; it has no significant correlation with self stereotype. (3) The status of college students' healthy personality can certainly predict the psychological symptoms, and self consistency and congruence plays an intermediary role between healthy personality and psychological symptoms.
