The cultivation of innovative talents should be on the agenda of higher vocational education, and the construction of professional accomplishment evaluation system is urgent.This paper proposes the basic principles of the evaluation system for innovative talent's professional accomplishment,and proposes the conception of the main measures in constructing this system.
