世界史教学在中学历史教育中占有很大比重,通过世界史的教学,有助于培养青少年的世界意识和全球化观念,有助于学生理解和尊重不同国家和民族的文明成果,其重要作用在全球化的今天愈加突显。然而我国当前中学世界史教育还存在诸多问题,造成世界史教学比较薄弱的现状。本文拟从教材编排、学生知识结构以及教师自身素养三个方面来剖析造成薄弱现状的原因。

World history teaching takes a great proportion in middle school history education, and it plays an important role, for it helps adolescents to cultivate world consciousness and globalization concept,to understand and respect civilizations of various countries.However,there exist a lot of problems in the current middle school history education,which makes world history teaching relatively weak.This paper intends to analyze the reasons from the aspects of teaching material setting, students' knowledge structure and teachers' own accomplishment.
