目的：观察山腊梅叶颗粒联合匹多莫德治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效．方法：将90例患儿随机分为治疗组、对照组1、对照组2，治疗组给予山腊梅叶颗粒联合匹多奠德，对照组分别给予山腊梅叶颗粒、匹多奠德，观察临床体征的变化并进行分析．结果：治疗组临床症状及体征均较对照组消失快．结论：山腊梅叶颗粒联合匹多莫德治疗小儿手足口病见效快，可缩短病程，值得临床推广．
目的：觀察山臘梅葉顆粒聯閤匹多莫德治療小兒手足口病的臨床療效．方法：將90例患兒隨機分為治療組、對照組1、對照組2，治療組給予山臘梅葉顆粒聯閤匹多奠德，對照組分彆給予山臘梅葉顆粒、匹多奠德，觀察臨床體徵的變化併進行分析．結果：治療組臨床癥狀及體徵均較對照組消失快．結論：山臘梅葉顆粒聯閤匹多莫德治療小兒手足口病見效快，可縮短病程，值得臨床推廣．
목적：관찰산석매협과립연합필다막덕치료소인수족구병적림상료효．방법：장90례환인수궤분위치료조、대조조1、대조조2，치료조급여산석매협과립연합필다전덕，대조조분별급여산석매협과립、필다전덕，관찰림상체정적변화병진행분석．결과：치료조림상증상급체정균교대조조소실쾌．결론：산석매협과립연합필다막덕치료소인수족구병견효쾌，가축단병정，치득림상추엄．
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of chimonanthus nitens leaf particles combined with pidotimod in treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods: 90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 1, control group 2, the treatment group was given chimonanthus nitens leaf particles combined with pidotimod, the control group were respectively given chimonanthus nitens leaf particles and pidotimod, the changes of clinical signs were observed and analyzed. Results: The clinical symptoms and signs in the treatment group disappeared more quickly than in the control group. Conclusion: Chimonanthus nitens leaf particles combined with pidotimod has fast effect on infantile hand-foot-mouth disease, and can shorten disease course, so deserves the clinical expansion.
