为进一步优化蓖麻花药愈伤诱导培养条件，本试验以通蓖5号、通蓖9号和哲蓖4号三个不同品种的蓖麻花药为试验材料，研究了低温预处理与光照条件对蓖麻花药愈伤组织诱导的影响．结果表明：三个品种的蓖麻花药经4℃低温预处理5d均可显著提高愈伤组织诱导率，其中以哲蓖4号为最高，愈伤诱导率达到22．55％．黑暗处理较光照处理更有利于蓖麻花药愈伤组织的诱导，其中以暗处理15d诱导效果最佳．

The castor anthers of Tongbi No.5, Tongbi No.9 and zhebi No.4 three different varieties were cultured under low-temperature pretreatment and light conditions to study the effects on the castor anther callus induction for further optimize culture conditions of castor anther callus induction. The results show that: three varieties of castor anther all can significantly improve the callus induction rate after four~C low temperature pretreatment 5 days, in which zhebi No.4 had the highest callus induction rate, which reached 22.55%. Compared with light conditions, dark treatment were suitable for anther callus induction, in which dark treatment for 15 days had the best induction results.
