In this paper, we firstly present a new preconditioned matrix, incording to the matrix spilitting theory.In base of the method for linear complementarity problem which was presented by predecessors,we establish a class of preconditioned AOR methods for linear complementarity problem. Lastly,we discuss the convergence of the new methods.
