自体神经移植一直被认为是修复周围神经缺损的"金标准".笔者从理论研究的角度,应用自体脱(雪旺)细胞神经移植与完全自体神经移植相对照修复大鼠坐骨神经阶段性缺损,以此为研究模型,期望在接近生理条件下研究雪旺细胞在神经再生中发挥的作用.

Autogenous nerve transplantation has been considered as the"gold standard"in repair of peripheral nerve defects.This paper from theoretical perspective,research on the application of acellular autograft comparing with total autograft to repair phase defect of rat sciatic nerve,and regarding this as a research model,hoping to study the role of Schwann cells in nerve regeneration under nearly physiological conditions.
