目的:应用超声生物显微镜(UBM)检查与诊断虹膜睫状体囊肿并进行临床观察.方法:应用超声生物显微镜对不明原因眼痛、眼胀或眼部不适及高眼压患者行UBM进行横向及纵向扫描,对发现的类圆形无回声区进行研究分析.结果:589例(1178只眼)患者中有26例(43只眼)出现虹膜睫状体囊肿,检出率为3.65%.其中单发性囊肿17例(28只眼),在虹膜睫状体囊肿患者中占65.12%;多发性囊肿9例(15只眼),在虹膜睫状体囊肿患者中占34.88%.结论:UBM在虹膜睫状体囊肿检查与诊断中独具优势,可为诊断治疗提供依据.
目的:應用超聲生物顯微鏡(UBM)檢查與診斷虹膜睫狀體囊腫併進行臨床觀察.方法:應用超聲生物顯微鏡對不明原因眼痛、眼脹或眼部不適及高眼壓患者行UBM進行橫嚮及縱嚮掃描,對髮現的類圓形無迴聲區進行研究分析.結果:589例(1178隻眼)患者中有26例(43隻眼)齣現虹膜睫狀體囊腫,檢齣率為3.65%.其中單髮性囊腫17例(28隻眼),在虹膜睫狀體囊腫患者中佔65.12%;多髮性囊腫9例(15隻眼),在虹膜睫狀體囊腫患者中佔34.88%.結論:UBM在虹膜睫狀體囊腫檢查與診斷中獨具優勢,可為診斷治療提供依據.
목적:응용초성생물현미경(UBM)검사여진단홍막첩상체낭종병진행림상관찰.방법:응용초성생물현미경대불명원인안통、안창혹안부불괄급고안압환자행UBM진행횡향급종향소묘,대발현적류원형무회성구진행연구분석.결과:589례(1178지안)환자중유26례(43지안)출현홍막첩상체낭종,검출솔위3.65%.기중단발성낭종17례(28지안),재홍막첩상체낭종환자중점65.12%;다발성낭종9례(15지안),재홍막첩상체낭종환자중점34.88%.결론:UBM재홍막첩상체낭종검사여진단중독구우세,가위진단치료제공의거.
Objective: To make clinical observation of ultrasound biomicroscopy(UBM) in the examination and diagnosis of iris and ciliary cysts.Methods: The patients with unexplained eye pain,eye swelling,eye discomfort,and high intraocular pressure underwent horizontal and vertical scanning by UBM,the oval non-echo areas that be found were researched and analysed.Results: In 589 patients(1178 eyes),26 cases(43 eyes) had iris and ciliary cysts,the detection rate was 3.65%.Among them,17 cases(28 eyes) were single cysts,the occurrence rate was 65.12%;9 cases(15 eyes) were multiple cysts,the occurrence rate was 34.88%.Conclusion: UBM has unique advantages in the examination and diagnosis of iris and ciliary cysts,and can provide a basis for diagnosis and treatment.
