钒酸钇具有良好的化学稳定性和易于掺杂三价稀土离子的特点,被认为是优良的基质材料.本文采用水热法制备了一系列YVO4:Eu纳米晶,利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)对样品进行了表征,并对其发光性能进行了测试.实验结果表明合成的样品均为四方相YVO4:Eu,形貌完整,尺寸分布均匀,温度在2000C时发射峰呈现Eu3+的特征发射峰,最强峰为619 nm的红色发射峰.

YVO4 has good chemical stability,which can be doped easily by tervalence rare earths easily.YVO4:Eu nanoparticales were prepared using hydrothermal synthsis method and characterized by XRD and TEM.The results indicated that all of the samples were tetragonal phase with complete morphology and well-distributed sizes.The results of emission spectra indicated that the samples showed different emission peaks at different temperature.The samples prepared at 2000C showed characteristic peaks of Eu3+ions,and the strongest peak appeared at 619 nm.
