运用信息熵所反映数据本身的效用值计算各评价指标的客观权重,并与各指标的主观权重组合构成综合权重,结合模糊数学理论,建立基于熵权的改进模糊综合评价方法,对重庆市各城区现有交巡警服务平台进行了评价.结果表明:该评价模型数学、物理概念明确,应用简便,提高了评价交巡警服务平台的客观性和科学性.

The objective weight of each index is calculated by using utility values of data shown by entropy, and is then combined with the subjective weight of each index to produce synthesis weights. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy is improved by employing fuzzy mathematical theory. This method is used to evaluate the current traffic and patrol police service platforms in each district of Chongqing City. The results show that this evaluation model is easy to use with clear mathematics and physics concepts, rendering traffic and patrol police service platforms more objective and scientific.
