The traditional cleaning procedures of dairy production require large efforts and time consuming, and at the same time the products' qualities can hardly reach the requirements. This article researches and designs the new CIP in place cleaning control system, after studying the current condition of the dairy industry in China. and introduces the system structures and working processes of CIP, and finally introduces the application of CIP system in actual production.
