CPVC%aqueous suspension method%performance study
分别利用SG-3、SG-5、SG-8三种原料聚氯乙烯(PVC)进行后氯化,得到氯含量由低到高氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)产品。通过考察氯化实验中原料、温度、压力、反应时间对反应的影响,筛选出最佳反应条件;同时对产品的增塑剂吸收量、粘数、粒径、表观密度、表观形貌(SEM)、X射线光电子谱(XPS)及热重(TG)各项重要性能做了检测,并对结果进行了分析。研究结果表明:制得的CPVC树脂具有良好的性质。

In this subject, three PVC materials of SG -3, SG -5 and SG -8 are chlorinated four times respective- ly, and four products were obtained respectively from low to high by chlorine content. Then the paper analyzed the effect of raw materials, temperature, pressure and reaction time on the reaction through the chlorination experiment data. In addition, this subject detects the important properties of the product including the plasticizer absorption, viscosity, particle size, apparent density, morphology(SEM), X- ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and ther- mogravimetry (TG), and analyzed the results. The result is that a CPVC resin with high quality would be produced in the condition of elevated temperature and elevated pressure.
