To solve problems arising from the teaching of Plant Tissue Culture in Biological Education in Normal Institute, We explore the choice of teaching materials, teaching content, teaching methods, means and evaluation of a reform in this course so as to improve students' theoretical level and practical ability and the quality of teaching.
