By using the literature material analysis, the paper analyses the relationship between the level of Competitive Aerobics of China and sports development. Given its present situation and problems, the paper puts forward some ideas on the sustainable development of the competitive aerobics of China, such as how to change its function, optimize its mechanism, solve the problems in the development, and acomplish the strategic adjustment.
