若立式长轴泵的接轴部件或导轴承选用不当,抑或在安装、制造中存在偏差,都有可能导致泵轴在运行中发生振动,若振动严重超标,将会导致设备的破坏.因此,对接轴部件的优缺点进行了对比分析,给出3种常用的接轴结构.并从滑动轴承间距布置及其材料的选用、冲洗管线的设置、安装和制造质量等方面对立式长轴泵的选用和设计进行分析,给出选用与设计建议,具有参考意义.
若立式長軸泵的接軸部件或導軸承選用不噹,抑或在安裝、製造中存在偏差,都有可能導緻泵軸在運行中髮生振動,若振動嚴重超標,將會導緻設備的破壞.因此,對接軸部件的優缺點進行瞭對比分析,給齣3種常用的接軸結構.併從滑動軸承間距佈置及其材料的選用、遲洗管線的設置、安裝和製造質量等方麵對立式長軸泵的選用和設計進行分析,給齣選用與設計建議,具有參攷意義.

It is likely to lead to shaft vibration because of improper selection and design for shaft connection and guide bearing,or installation deviation and manufacturing variation for vertical long shaft pump.If it is out of vibration standard,the pump will be damaged.The three shaft connection structures are given by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of shaft connection.And the selection and design of spacing and material of sliding bearing,flushing fluid piping layout,installation quality and manufacturing quality for vertical long shaft pump are introduced and can be used as the reference in engineering design.
