以2-溴-4-氟苯胺为起始原料,两步反应合成Bixafen,总收率为55.3%.实验结果表明,该种新合成方法简单,反应条件温和.杀菌活性测试结果表明:Bixafen对小麦白粉病(Blumeria gra-minis(DC.)E.O.Speer f.sp.tritici Em.Marchal)、玉米锈病(Puccinia sorghi Schw)及黄瓜灰霉病(Botrytis cinerea Pers.Ex.Fr)具有优异的杀菌活性,其中在Bixafen质量分数为0.9×10-6时对黄瓜灰霉病的防效为100%.

Bixafen was synthesized by employing 2-bromo-4-fluoroaniline as starting material.The total yield was 55.3 %.The experimental results showed that the synthesis method was simple,and the reaction conditions were mild.Indoor bactericidal activity test showed that Bixafen had excellent control effect against wheat powdery mildew,corn rust and cucumber grey mold,especially,the control effect against cucumber grey mold at 0.9×106 was 100 %.
