研究采用微波法制备二乙醇胺有机蒙脱石的适宜条件,并将改性后的有机蒙脱石加入到对苯二甲酸二甲酯和乙二醇中发生醇解共聚反应,利用IR、XRD等对有机蒙脱石及醇解共聚物进行表征.结果表明:二乙醇胺改性钠基蒙脱石的适宜二乙醇胺加入量为土浆所含干土质量的18%;适宜的反应时间为20 min,反应温度为60℃;经二乙醇胺改性的有机蒙脱石的层间距由钠基蒙脱石层间距的1.27 nm增加到1.37 nm.

연구채용미파법제비이을순알유궤몽탈석적괄의조건,병장개성후적유궤몽탈석가입도대분이갑산이갑지화을이순중발생순해공취반응,이용IR、XRD등대유궤몽탈석급순해공취물진행표정.결과표명:이을순알개성납기몽탈석적괄의이을순알가입량위토장소함간토질량적18%;괄의적반응시간위20 min,반응온도위60℃;경이을순알개성적유궤몽탈석적층간거유납기몽탈석층간거적1.27 nm증가도1.37 nm.
In this paper,microwave method was used to prepare diethanolamine organic montmorillonite and studied its suitable conditions,and the modified organic montmorillonite was added to dimethyl terephthalate and ethylene glycol in order for copolymerization to occur.Organic montmorillonite and copolymers were characterized by IR,XRD,etc.The results showed:the suitable diethanolamine adding amount was 18 % of dry soil mass contained in the soil slurry;suitable reaction time was 20 min;suitable reaction temperature was 60 ℃;compared with Na-montmorillonite layer spacing,modified by diethanolamine organic montmorillonite interlayer spacing increased from 1.27 nm to 1.37 nm.
