通过对2011年4—5月南通市城区主要河流水体叶绿素a含量及其影响因子的监测和对12月濠河沉积物叶绿素a含量及其相关环境因子的实验分析,探讨了水体、沉积物中叶绿素a含量与环境因子的关系.结果表明:水体叶绿素a含量变动于6.4~293.9μg,L之间,主要与水体pH值有关,而与总磷、总氮等营养盐含量及溶解氧、电导率和温度的相关性不明显或不相关;沉积物中的叶绿素a含量波动于5.8~69.0μg/g,主要与含水率有关,这表明沉积物中叶绿素a含量主要受上覆水体叶绿素a转移、渗入的控制;此外。沉积物颗粒粒径大小、烧失量等对沉积物中叶绿素a的含量也有一定的影响.

Through monitoring the content of chlorophyll-a in river water and its affecting factors in the main rivers of urban area in Nantong city and the experimental analyzing the content of chlorophyll-a in the Haohe River sediments and its affecting factors in 2011, the relationship between the environmental factors and the content of chlorophyll-a in river water and sediments are probed. The results show that the content of chlorophyll-a in river water varies in 6.4-293.9 μg/L, which is mainly affected by pH and less related with the content of total phosphorus, total nitrogen, dissolved oxygen, conductivity and water temperature. The content of chlorophyll-a in river sediments fluctuates be- tween 5.8-69.0 μg/g, which is mainly affected by water content. This shows that the content of chlorophyll-a in river sediments is controlled by the content of chlorophyll-a in overlaying water transported and penetrated into sediments. Moreover, the content of chlorophyll-a in river sediments is also influenced by the grain size of sedimentary particles and loss of ignition.
