针对破碎单元煤尘污染特点,分别采取了破碎机进料口密闭与环境隔离、负压除尘、增加导料槽长度、提高设备密封性等方法,对现有设备进行改进,使破碎单元的煤尘外溢状况有了明显改善。环境煤尘质量浓度由改进前的81.3mg/m^3降至6.03mg/m^3。

Aimed at coal dust pollution characteristic of the crush unit, some methods were employed, such as modified the existing equipments by means of sealing feed inlet of the crusher to insulate coal from environment, removing coal dust under condition of negative pressure, lengthening conveyer groove, increasing tightness of the equipments. Obvious improvement on coal dust spillover of the crush unit was obtained after the modification, and mass concentration of the coal dust in environment was decreased from 81.3 mg/m3 to 6.03 mg/m3.
