以中国石化齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂生产的减压渣油为主要原料,采用催化裂化油浆改性的方法制备了符合NB/SH/T0522--2010标准的100号道路沥青。重点研究了催化裂化油浆对沥青针入度、软化点、膜后针入度、针入度比和质量变化的影响。

100# road asphalt meeting the standard of NB/SH/T 0522--2010 was prepared by adopting the vacuum residue produced by Shengli Refinery of Qilu Branch Co. of SINOPEC as main crude material and the method of modification on FCC slurry oil. This paper focused on the effect of FCC slurry oil on penetration degree, softening point, penetration degree after membrane forming, penetration degree ratio and quality changes of the asphalt.
