利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微镜(POM)等分析手段,研究了冷却速率对滚塑树脂DNDB7149U结构与性能的影响。随着冷却速率的提高,材料的结晶尺寸逐渐减小,结晶度降低,刚性降低,韧性提高。
利用差示掃描量熱儀(DSC)、偏光顯微鏡(POM)等分析手段,研究瞭冷卻速率對滾塑樹脂DNDB7149U結構與性能的影響。隨著冷卻速率的提高,材料的結晶呎吋逐漸減小,結晶度降低,剛性降低,韌性提高。
이용차시소묘량열의(DSC)、편광현미경(POM)등분석수단,연구료냉각속솔대곤소수지DNDB7149U결구여성능적영향。수착냉각속솔적제고,재료적결정척촌축점감소,결정도강저,강성강저,인성제고。
Effect of cooling rate on structure and properties of DNDB7149U resin for rota- tional moulding was studied by means of differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and polarizing optical microscope (POM) and etc. analysis methods. Results showed that the size of crystal, crystallinity and the stiffness of DNDB7149U reduced, but the toughness of DNDB7149U improved with the increasing of cooling rate.
