针对齐鲁石化乙烯污水处理场存在的表曝机充氧能力低、且经常出现自停现象,影响氧曝池的稳定运行和处理能力等问题,采用特殊曝气管的微气泡纯氧曝气,对石化含盐废水进行了中试研究。结果表明,氧气利用率可达76%,COD去除率达到85%以上,且处理效果稳定。为工业装置改造奠定了基础。

Pilot- scale study was made on petrochemical salty sewage by adopting micro- bubble pure - oxygen aeration process with special aeration tubes, aiming at the problems of low oxygen - charging ability and self - stopping phenomenon existed in the surface aeration machine of ethylene sewage treatment farm in Qilu Branch Co. which influenced the stable running and treatment ability of the oxygen aeration pool. The results showed the usage rate of oxygen reached 76%, the decomposition rate of COD exceeded 85%, stable treatment effect was obtained. This research laid the foundation for the reform of industrial device.
