目的：探讨生化妊娠早期治疗效果.方法：选择非意愿妊娠妇女中生化妊娠的患者,分两组,一组为经同意尽早应用药物杀胚治疗;另一组为期待疗法,比较两组的治疗效果.结果：早期治疗组异位妊娠破裂发生率、宫内继续妊娠率、阴道大出血率均明显低于非治疗组.结论：生化妊娠早期治疗是安全有效的.

Objective: To investigate the curative effect of early treatment on biochemical pregnancy.Methods: The biochemical pregnancy patients were selected from unwanted pregnant women,and they were divided into two groups,the early treatment group applied drugs to kill embryo as earlier as possible after agreement;the non-treatment group applied expectant therapy,the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results: The incidence of ectopic pregnancy rupture,intrauterine ongoing pregnancy,massivevaginal bleeding in the early treatment group were significantly lower than in the non-treatment group.Conclusion: Early treatment of biochemical pregnancy is effectivel.
