使用MRS培养基从泡菜中分离出的菌株经接触酶实验,葡萄糖产酸产气实验,淀粉水解实验和革兰氏染色镜检鉴定该菌株是植物乳酸杆菌,该实验为研究乳酸菌催化亚油酸（Linoleic acid,LA）转化为共轭亚油酸（Conjugated linoleic acid,CLA）提供基础.
使用MRS培養基從泡菜中分離齣的菌株經接觸酶實驗,葡萄糖產痠產氣實驗,澱粉水解實驗和革蘭氏染色鏡檢鑒定該菌株是植物乳痠桿菌,該實驗為研究乳痠菌催化亞油痠（Linoleic acid,LA）轉化為共軛亞油痠（Conjugated linoleic acid,CLA）提供基礎.
사용MRS배양기종포채중분리출적균주경접촉매실험,포도당산산산기실험,정분수해실험화혁란씨염색경검감정해균주시식물유산간균,해실험위연구유산균최화아유산（Linoleic acid,LA）전화위공액아유산（Conjugated linoleic acid,CLA）제공기출.
Using the MRS culture medium to isolate bacterium strains, by catalase test, glucose acid gas,test, starch hy- drolysis test and Gram staining, the bacterium strain was identified as Lactobacillus plantarum, the experiment provide a basis for the study of Laetobacillus plantarum catalyze LA to CLA.
