利用二甲苯-二氯靛酚比色法测定广枣中维生素C(Vc)的含量.结果表明:利用超声法破碎细胞测得的Vc含量与未超声提取所测Vc含量有极显著差异,同时处理时间之间也存在显著性差异.广枣Vc含量随处理时间延长而增多,未超声处理组和超声处理组的Vc含量平均值分别为33.113mg/mL和51.626mg/mL.

Guangzao vitamin C(Vc)content was measured by the Xylene-dichloro-indophenol colorimetry.The Vc content were significantly different in Ultrasonic treatment and non-ultrasound treatment.There was an obvious difference between the treatment time.Guangzao Vc content increased with prolonged treatment time.The average content of Vc with the ultrasound treatment group and no ultrasound treatment group were 51.626mg/mL and 33.113mg/mL,respectively.
