冲裁模上凸、凹模之间的间隙是影响制件质量的主要因素,然而要保持冲压生产时凸、凹模间隙的均匀,模具的设计、选材、加工和装配各个环节都至关重要。笔者在深入分析了冲压工件时出现单边毛刺的可能情况及原因,研究了凸、凹模间隙均匀的控制方法,并提出了模具使用后间隙变化的调整、修配措施,对冲压生产具有实际指导意义。
遲裁模上凸、凹模之間的間隙是影響製件質量的主要因素,然而要保持遲壓生產時凸、凹模間隙的均勻,模具的設計、選材、加工和裝配各箇環節都至關重要。筆者在深入分析瞭遲壓工件時齣現單邊毛刺的可能情況及原因,研究瞭凸、凹模間隙均勻的控製方法,併提齣瞭模具使用後間隙變化的調整、脩配措施,對遲壓生產具有實際指導意義。

Gaps between the punch and concave dies of blanking dies are the main factors affecting quality of the work piece. In order to keep the punch and concave die gaps uniform during stamping, mold design, material selection, processing and assembly are all critical. Possible situations and reasons of unilateral burr when stamping have been analyzed. Control methods for keeping the punch and concave die gaps uniform have been researched. At the meantime, adjustment and replacement measures of gap changes after the use of moldhave been put forward as a practical guide to stamping production.
