目的:通过测定早期自然流产(ESA)患者绒毛血管的体视学密度参数,探讨绒毛血管生成状况与ESA发生发展的相关性.方法:选取ESA患者30例作为研究组,分为流产A组和B组,选取同期经B超证实为活胎、要求行人工流产的正常早孕妇女15例作为对照组(正常早孕组).采用体视学方法测定各组绒毛血管的长度密度(Lv)、表面积密度(Sv)和体积密度(Vv).结果:流产A组Lv与正常早孕组比较显著降低(P〈0.05),流产A组Sv、Vv与正常早孕组比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05);流产B组Lv、Sv、Vv与正常早孕组、流产A组比较均显著降低(P〈0.05).结论:ESA患者绒毛组织的血管生成异常,绒毛血管生成异常参与了早期自然流产的发生发展过程.

목적:통과측정조기자연유산(ESA)환자융모혈관적체시학밀도삼수,탐토융모혈관생성상황여ESA발생발전적상관성.방법:선취ESA환자30례작위연구조,분위유산A조화B조,선취동기경B초증실위활태、요구행인공유산적정상조잉부녀15례작위대조조(정상조잉조).채용체시학방법측정각조융모혈관적장도밀도(Lv)、표면적밀도(Sv)화체적밀도(Vv).결과:유산A조Lv여정상조잉조비교현저강저(P〈0.05),유산A조Sv、Vv여정상조잉조비교차이무현저성(P〉0.05);유산B조Lv、Sv、Vv여정상조잉조、유산A조비교균현저강저(P〈0.05).결론:ESA환자융모조직적혈관생성이상,융모혈관생성이상삼여료조기자연유산적발생발전과정.
Objective.To explore the associativity among the angiogenesis status of chorionic villus,the development and progression of early spontaneous abortion(ESA) through determining the vascular stereological density parameters in patients with ESA.Methods.Thirty patients with ESA were collected as research group and divided into two groups:abortion group A and group B.Fifteen normal early pregnant women with embryonic survival urged the abortion in the same period were also including as control group(normal pregnancy group).For each group,Length density(Lv),Surface density(Sv) and Volume density(Vv) of villus vessels were detected by Stereology.Results.Lv in Abortion group A was significantly lower than that in normal pregnancy group(P0.05);Sv and Vv in abortion group A were not significantly different to those in normal pregnancy group(P0.05);Lv,Sv and Vv in abortion group B were significantly lower than those in normal pregnancy group as well as abortion group A(P0.05).Conclusion:There was abnormal angiogenesis of chorionic villus in patients with ESA.The abnormal angiogenesis of chorionic villus might participate iin the development and progression of early spontaneous abortion.
