将质量分数为5%的绢云母颗粒添加到无机硅酸锌涂料固相成分中,采用三层刷涂制备涂层,通过干磨损实验和声发射擦伤实验,考察添加绢云母对无机硅酸锌涂料磨损性能的影响.结果表明,绢云母的添加降低了涂层的摩擦系数,减轻了涂层的塑性变形,阻止了涂层内部裂纹的产生和扩展,使涂层声发射信号的强度相对降低,增强了涂层的耐磨性能,一定程度上扩大了涂层的应用空间.
將質量分數為5%的絹雲母顆粒添加到無機硅痠鋅塗料固相成分中,採用三層刷塗製備塗層,通過榦磨損實驗和聲髮射抆傷實驗,攷察添加絹雲母對無機硅痠鋅塗料磨損性能的影響.結果錶明,絹雲母的添加降低瞭塗層的摩抆繫數,減輕瞭塗層的塑性變形,阻止瞭塗層內部裂紋的產生和擴展,使塗層聲髮射信號的彊度相對降低,增彊瞭塗層的耐磨性能,一定程度上擴大瞭塗層的應用空間.

Five percent mass fraction of serlcite is added in the solid phase composition of inorganic zinc-silicate coatings. The coatings are prepared by the three-brushing. The performance is tested by dry wear experiments and acoustic emission abrasion experi- ments. The result shows that wear resistance enhanced by reducing the friction coefficient and plastic deformation of coatings, the generation and expansion of internal cracks in the coating is prevented, the strength of acoustic emission signal is reduced, wear resistance of coatings are enhanced by adding sericite. The application space of coating is expanded by adding sericite.
