为了找出抗菌性好又经济实用的甲壳素/长绒棉混纺织物的混纺比,采用琼脂平皿扩散法(定性)和吸收法(定量)对5种不同混纺比的甲壳素/长绒棉混纺织物进行抗菌性测试,突出抗菌性能测试方法的改进——表面活性剂的选择、接种菌液量以及涂板培养时间.实验结果表明,混纺织物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率大于大肠杆菌,而且只要甲壳素的混纺比例达到20%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率能达到99.88%,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率能达到91.2%,再提高甲壳素的比例则无法取得更好的性价比.
為瞭找齣抗菌性好又經濟實用的甲殼素/長絨棉混紡織物的混紡比,採用瓊脂平皿擴散法(定性)和吸收法(定量)對5種不同混紡比的甲殼素/長絨棉混紡織物進行抗菌性測試,突齣抗菌性能測試方法的改進——錶麵活性劑的選擇、接種菌液量以及塗闆培養時間.實驗結果錶明,混紡織物對金黃色葡萄毬菌的抑菌率大于大腸桿菌,而且隻要甲殼素的混紡比例達到20%,對金黃色葡萄毬菌的抑菌率能達到99.88%,對大腸桿菌的抑菌率能達到91.2%,再提高甲殼素的比例則無法取得更好的性價比.

In order to find out the blending ratio of chitin/long-staple cotton with the best antibacterial property and economic applicability, antibacterial property test for five different blending ratio of chitin/long-staple cotton is conducted by using agar plate diffu- sions method (qualitative) and absorption method (quantitative). Five fabrics with different blending rates are tested through the selection of surfactant/amount of inoculated bacterium solution as well as culture time of coated plate to reflect the improvement of antibacterial property test method. The experiment resuhs demonstrated that blended fabric has higher bacteriostasis rate for staphylococcus aureus than escherichia eoli. As long as the blending ratio of chitin reaches 20%, we can achieve very good bacteriostasis effect-- the bacteriostasis rate for staphylococcus anreus can reach 99.88% and escheriehia eoli 91.2%. No better performance can be a- chieved even the blending ratio of chitin is further improved.
