为了探讨白竹炭改性粘胶纤维混纺纱中竹炭纤维含量与混纺纱力学性能的变化关系,将白竹炭粘胶纤维以不同的混纺比混纺成纱,采用PC/YG061F型电子单纱强力仪对其成纱的一次拉伸性能、蠕变性能和松弛性能进行测试与分析.结果表明,随着竹炭改性粘胶纤维含量的增加,竹炭改性粘胶纤维混纺纱的断裂强力、断裂伸长率和弹性回复率先有逐渐增大的趋势,然后减少,其临界混纺比为80%.在实际应用中,应尽量选用混纺纱最高断裂强力对应的临界混纺比.
為瞭探討白竹炭改性粘膠纖維混紡紗中竹炭纖維含量與混紡紗力學性能的變化關繫,將白竹炭粘膠纖維以不同的混紡比混紡成紗,採用PC/YG061F型電子單紗彊力儀對其成紗的一次拉伸性能、蠕變性能和鬆弛性能進行測試與分析.結果錶明,隨著竹炭改性粘膠纖維含量的增加,竹炭改性粘膠纖維混紡紗的斷裂彊力、斷裂伸長率和彈性迴複率先有逐漸增大的趨勢,然後減少,其臨界混紡比為80%.在實際應用中,應儘量選用混紡紗最高斷裂彊力對應的臨界混紡比.

In order to explore the relationship between the content of bamboo-carbon modified viscose fiber and mechanical properties of blended yarn, tensile, creep and relaxation properties of yarns of different blending ratio are tested using PC/YG061F electronic yarn stregth tester, and the conclusion shows that with the modified viscose bamboo fiber content increasing, the breaking strength, elongation and elastic recovery of blended yarn are gradually increasing at first and then decreasing, the critical blending ratio is 80%. In practice, the critical blending ratio is chosen to get the maximum breaking strength of blended yarn.
