为检测河北省新乐市羊梨形虫的感染情况,采集河北省新乐市羊血液样本31份,并提取基因组DNA;根据梨形虫18SrRNA基因序列设计5对特异性引物,以羊血液基因组DNA为模板,对梨形虫进行巢式PCR扩增。结果表明,在31份DNA样本中检测出4份吕氏泰勒虫(12.9%),而尤氏泰勒虫、中华泰勒虫和羊巴贝斯虫均未检测到阳性样本。
為檢測河北省新樂市羊梨形蟲的感染情況,採集河北省新樂市羊血液樣本31份,併提取基因組DNA;根據梨形蟲18SrRNA基因序列設計5對特異性引物,以羊血液基因組DNA為模闆,對梨形蟲進行巢式PCR擴增。結果錶明,在31份DNA樣本中檢測齣4份呂氏泰勒蟲(12.9%),而尤氏泰勒蟲、中華泰勒蟲和羊巴貝斯蟲均未檢測到暘性樣本。
위검측하북성신악시양리형충적감염정황,채집하북성신악시양혈액양본31빈,병제취기인조DNA;근거리형충18SrRNA기인서렬설계5대특이성인물,이양혈액기인조DNA위모판,대리형충진행소식PCR확증。결과표명,재31빈DNA양본중검측출4빈려씨태륵충(12.9%),이우씨태륵충、중화태륵충화양파패사충균미검측도양성양본。
To detect Piroplasma infection condition of sheep in Xinle city Hebei Province, A total of 31 blood samples were collected from sheep in Xinle and the blood genomic DNAs of the sheep were extracted using blood Genome DNA extraction kit. Five sets of specific primers designed according to 18S rHNA gene for dif- ferent kinds of Piroplasma were used to amplify gene from genomic DNA samples by Nested PCR. The results were as follows: Of 31 samples, 4 samples were positive for Theileria luwenshuni and the infection rate reached to 12.9% , however, no positive samples for T. sinensis, Babesia ovis and T. uilenbergi were found in all sam- ples.
