本研究旨在检测河北省滦县牛梨形虫的感染情况。采集滦县牛血液样本28份,并提取基因组DNA;根据已发表的梨形虫Tamsl,P32表面蛋白以及18SrRNA基因序列,设计6对梨形虫特异性引物,以牛血液基因组DNA为模板,对不同梨形虫进行PCR或巢式PCR扩增。结果表明,在28份DNA样本中检测出双芽巴贝斯虫阳性样本7份,阳性率为25.00%;其他牛巴贝斯虫阳性样本3份,阳性率10.71%;而环形泰勒虫和瑟氏泰勒虫均未检测到阳性样本。
本研究旨在檢測河北省灤縣牛梨形蟲的感染情況。採集灤縣牛血液樣本28份,併提取基因組DNA;根據已髮錶的梨形蟲Tamsl,P32錶麵蛋白以及18SrRNA基因序列,設計6對梨形蟲特異性引物,以牛血液基因組DNA為模闆,對不同梨形蟲進行PCR或巢式PCR擴增。結果錶明,在28份DNA樣本中檢測齣雙芽巴貝斯蟲暘性樣本7份,暘性率為25.00%;其他牛巴貝斯蟲暘性樣本3份,暘性率10.71%;而環形泰勒蟲和瑟氏泰勒蟲均未檢測到暘性樣本。
본연구지재검측하북성란현우리형충적감염정황。채집란현우혈액양본28빈,병제취기인조DNA;근거이발표적리형충Tamsl,P32표면단백이급18SrRNA기인서렬,설계6대리형충특이성인물,이우혈액기인조DNA위모판,대불동리형충진행PCR혹소식PCR확증。결과표명,재28빈DNA양본중검측출쌍아파패사충양성양본7빈,양성솔위25.00%;기타우파패사충양성양본3빈,양성솔10.71%;이배형태륵충화슬씨태륵충균미검측도양성양본。
To detect Piroplasmas of cattle infection condition in Luan county of Hebei Province,20 cattle blood samples were collected from Luan County and the blood genomie DNAs were extracted using blood Genome DNA extraction kit. Six sets of specific primers designed according to Tamsl, 1〉32 surface protein specific and 18S rRNA gene for different kinds of Piroplasma were used to amplify gene from Genome DNA samples by PCR or Nested PCR. The results were as follows: of 28 samples, 7 samples were positive for Babesia bigemina and the infection rate reached to 25.00% ,3 samples were positive for B. bov/s and the infection rate reached to 10.71%, had no positive samples for Theileria annulata and T. sergenti found in all samples.
