Cu2O是一种典型的p型窄带隙半导体功能材料,可见光区吸收系数大,具有较高的可见光催化活性,是一种极具开发前景的绿色环保光催化剂.结合前人的研究成果,对纳米Cu2O的制备方法研究进展进行综述,探讨目前制备方法的优缺点和未来研究的发展方向.

Cu 2 O is a p-type semiconductor functional materials with a narrow band gap and have strong optical absorption in the visible light region.The Cu 2 O exhibits a high visible-light pHotocatalytic activity and is considered to be a green pHotocatalyst with most development prospects.Combined with the former research results,the research progress on the preparation methods of nano-Cu 2 O is described.The advantages and disadvantages of the present preparation methods and the future development trends of the preparation methods for cuprous oxide are also presented.
