为克服目前细纱机罗拉轴承加油周期短、能耗大、用工多、劳动强度大等缺点,分析并制作了以环氧树脂(EP)为基体、石墨(C)为固体润滑剂、粘胶纤维(R)为增强材料的细纱机罗拉自润滑轴承,探讨了其成型工艺;并通过试验研究了其复合材料性能。试验结果表明:该种轴承具有自润滑、质量轻、强度高、摩擦性能优良、适应温度范围广、材料来源广泛、加工成型简便等优点;具有较高的承载能力和平稳的运行状态,能满足纺织工况下的使用要求,可替代尼龙支架的罗拉滚针轴承,且可长时间或终身免加油,杜绝油污纱产生,提高成纱质量,降低成本。
為剋服目前細紗機囉拉軸承加油週期短、能耗大、用工多、勞動彊度大等缺點,分析併製作瞭以環氧樹脂(EP)為基體、石墨(C)為固體潤滑劑、粘膠纖維(R)為增彊材料的細紗機囉拉自潤滑軸承,探討瞭其成型工藝;併通過試驗研究瞭其複閤材料性能。試驗結果錶明:該種軸承具有自潤滑、質量輕、彊度高、摩抆性能優良、適應溫度範圍廣、材料來源廣汎、加工成型簡便等優點;具有較高的承載能力和平穩的運行狀態,能滿足紡織工況下的使用要求,可替代尼龍支架的囉拉滾針軸承,且可長時間或終身免加油,杜絕油汙紗產生,提高成紗質量,降低成本。

In order to overcome the disadvantages of the conventional roller bearing on the current spinning frame including short lubricating intervals, big consumption of energy, high labor cost and heavy labor ten- sity,ananlysis is done to the self-lubricating roller bearing with Epoxy(EP) as the base,graphite (C) as the lubricating agent,viscose fiber(R) as the reinforced material for the spinning frame and the same manufac- tured,probing is done into the forming process, and the performance of the complex material is test proved. The test proves that the roller bearing is of self-lubrication, light in mass, high in rubostness, excel- lent in friction performance, wide in temperature range, abroad in material resources,easy in fabrication, the bearing is of high loading capacity and smooth operating performance, applicable for the textile production, thus a good substitution of nylon-supported roller bearing,free lubrication for a lone time or in the whole service life, consequently avoiding the oil-contaminated yarn with high quality of yarn and low cost.
