通过采用Fluent软件中的RNGk-e模型和DPM模型对铁颗粒运动特性进行了三维数值模拟.研究结果表明,铁颗粒在撞击区和加速管内减幅振荡运动且运动场与气流场都关于撞击面呈对称分布;铁颗粒平均停留时间随空气进口速度的增大而增加,随铁颗粒直径和加速管间距的增大而减少.数值计算结果与试验数据基本一致,为进一步优化和改进撞击流脱硫吸收器的设计提供了有价值的基础数据和理论依据.

A 3-D numerical simulation of movement characteristics of iron particles in Impin-ging-Streams (IS) desulphurization absorber was made with software FLUENT.Renor- malization Group Model(RNG k-e model)and Discrete Phase Model (DPM) was adopted for calculation of continuous phase and discrete phase, respectively. Calculation results show that the iron particles forced by inert and friction penetrate to and from in the impingement zone between accelerate tubes, and the movement {ield o{ iron particles is also symmetrical to the impingement plane like air flow, that meets well with IS theory. Iron particles' aver- age residence time increases with increment of air inlet velocity and decreases with incre- ment of particle diameter and accelerate tube distance, the trend are basically in agreement with available experimental data. As a result, the study provides valuable basic data and theoretical bases.
